I’m based in Chicago but I travel all over the country empowering others to live a healthy and active lifestyle. I make regular appearances as a guest on television and radio news channels to educate others on fitness-related topics from proper exercise techniques to finding positive self body image and more.

F U N  F A C T 
I was born with my legs and feet completely turned in and I had to wear casts for the first several months of my life to straighten them out. The doctors didn’t think I’d be athletic because of this, but I proved them wrong – and then some!

My Jacuzzi bathtub! With the amount of stress I put on my body, it’s essential to get some rest and recovery. I love taking baths to de-stress and just relax.
